Incubator Names New Leader
The Board of Directors of the Adirondack Regional Business Incubator (ARBI) has named Jeff Farley Executive Director effective April 16. Most recently, Jeff was president of Churchill Associates, a local consulting firm specializing in management skills, leadership performance, and organizational strategy. His resume also includes work for Revlon Health Care and Castrol North America.

“I’ve spent my entire career helping companies and individuals turn their potential into improved performance,” said Jeff. “The ARBI is an opportunity to work with entrepreneurs on start-up enterprises. I believe we can make this a real center for business excellence.”

Priority number one for the new director is building the Entrepreneurial Assistance Network, which is an advisory panel of experienced business leaders who coach and mentor the ARBI program participants.

ARBI’s previous director, Peter Wohl, who has been wearing two hats as executive director of the ARBI and economic development specialist at EDC, has been promoted to vice president at EDC, and will remain on the ARBI board.
